Today I spoke in a Westminster Hall debate about support refugees receive after they get their asylum decision. As it stands the government cuts off all support after 28 days – leaving many homeless and destitute. The minister @chrisphilp has said he will take away & consider all the research & data advocating for an extension to 56 days. I intend to hold him to that.
